Where it lives
Your data is stored in Sydney, Australia. It is never sold, rented, or shared for advertising or any other purpose.
AI proposes, you decide
Frmr turns your meetings, emails, and messages into drafts: minutes, action items, flagged risks. Nothing is sent, filed, or actioned until you approve it. Frmr never acts on your behalf without you in the loop.
Your data is not used to train AI models
Frmr builds a private context layer from your decisions so it gets better at your work over time. That context is tied to your account. It is not used to train AI models, and it is not shared with or used to improve results for any other operator. Your project data stays yours.
Who processes it
To transcribe audio and structure your notes, Frmr passes content to processing partners. They process it only to deliver the service and do not use it to train their own models.
Access and deletion
You can request a copy of your data, or its deletion, at any time. Email leo@frmr.ai.
