Why it exists

Construction is built on relationships and exceptional work.

Frmr was built from years inside the pressure cooker of the construction industry - hard work, and a never-ending admin load across the call log, messages, emails and meetings.

The belief behind it is simple: relationships and people are what achieve exceptional outcomes. Whether that's delivering a client's dream build, or the box of beers handed over to get a nagging issue sorted.

Admin was always secondary - but a massive part of the job. A detail change, a late start that hits programme, a spec change, an error. You name it, it lands on the operator.

Frmr was built to give that time back - to grow, build, and foster the relationships that actually run the job.

Operational memory

Every job remembers how it ran.

A variation buried in a long email. A change over WhatsApp. An RFI on a site walk. A follow-up that never went out. That's the job as it actually runs - and how the record gets lost.

  • Frmr pulls it into one place per project, as it happens.
  • Who agreed to what, when a variation was raised, why a decision was made.
  • The longer a job runs, the more it holds. The context is there when you need it.

Captures every channel

Email, voice, and meetings - in one job file.

It all lands in the right project.

  • Connect Gmail or Outlook.
  • Record a voice note from site.
  • Record a meeting and get structured minutes.

Reads the job

It finds what needs a decision.

Frmr reads the communication and surfaces the variations, RFIs, follow-ups and risks.

  • The thing buried in a long email thread doesn't get missed.
  • Each flag is a decision sitting in front of you.
  • You still decide what happens next.

Meetings that turn into action

From site meeting to job board.

Record the meeting, get the minutes, and the actions you own become items on the project board.

  • Structured minutes from the recording.
  • Actions you own go on the board from there.
  • Nothing re-typed. Nothing dropped.

You stay in control

It proposes. You decide.

Frmr drafts and proposes - a reply, a follow-up, a flag to clear.

  • Nothing goes out until you approve it.
  • A draft sits until you send it.
  • A flag sits until you clear it.

Ask frmr

Ask anything about the job.

Ask frmr about any project and get an answer from everything it has captured.

  • What's outstanding, what was agreed, where a decision landed.
  • The context is already there, so you don't go digging through inboxes and threads.
  • Answers come from what the job file already holds.

Works with your stack

Designed to fit the tools you already use.

Frmr sits alongside the systems you already run - your inbox, your project tools, your registers.

  • It doesn't replace them and it doesn't ask you to work somewhere new.
  • No behavioural change. Still in your emails. Still in the tools you know.
  • Just more leverage.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Does this replace me or my team?

No. You decide everything. Frmr handles what surrounds the work - reading the inbox, filing it to the right job, and putting a decision in front of you. The call stays yours.

Does anything get sent automatically?

No. Nothing goes out without you. Frmr proposes a flag or a draft. You approve before anything is sent or marked done.

Do I have to change how I work?

No. It works with the inbox and tools you already use. No new system to live in. Still in your emails. Just more leverage.

What about my data?

Stored in Sydney. Never sold, rented, or used for advertising. Content is passed to processing partners only to run the service - transcription and structuring - and is not used to train their models. Your project data stays on your account. You can request a copy or deletion at any time. The full note is on the Privacy page.
